SHIPPING
We ship UPS within the US, and your choice of UPS, Fedex or DHL to over 240 countries worldwide. We offer complimentary ground shipping within the US on all orders over $200. You will see additional shipping prices and estimated shipping times at checkout. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order ships.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for 7 days after date of delivery. Items must be brand new, in original packaging. Email sylvain@arion-hst.com to request a return label.
LOST PACKAGES
Arion Horse Sport Tack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon delivery to the carrier.
WARRANTY
If a defect appears within 6 months from date of purchase, with the product under typical use, Arion Horse Sport Tack will examine the product and replace at our own discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE OR PROFIT OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.n
