JOIN OUR TEAM AS A…
Wellington Office Manager based in Wellington, Florida
You will be in charge of communicating with our reps that are located around the United States & Canada. As of right now, we have 8 reps from coast to coast of the United States, with hopes to grow. You will be in charge of managing saddle inventories between all of the reps via monthly video calls for updates of tracking of their demo saddles that they have in stock as well as the ones that they have on loan or trial to other riders.
You will manage the tack inventory through our google drive system as well as on our website. By this, if a rep asks to send a piece of tack to one of our riders you will be in charge adjusting the inventory on both platforms.
In addition, you will be in charge of shipping all tack items that a rep requests to be shipped to either them or a customer. As well as maintain and ship orders that are made through our website. You will create all UPS labels that reps request and forward tracking numbers for each shipment to the reps and/or online orders.
Usually, each week or every other week we receive a shipment of saddles (and sometimes tack) from France that will need to be organized. Once received you will communicate with Gabby and Sylvain who will provide information on shipping direction and if any other tack or accessories should be included in the boxes.
Hours are roughly 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Office coverage is key when we are expected to receive saddles, tack, etc. During the WEF season we have a booth on the showgrounds that we will definitely love help with coverage if you are willing and want to “man the booth.” By this, you will great customers interested in our products and provide them with further information to our seasonal Florida rep and US Manager, Kristen Rose. So no sales or fittings will have to be made by you – don’t stress. During the 2024 show season, we can discuss different hours if you are interested in helping with the booth! Currently my schedule is that I am in the office Tuesday and Wednesday all day and then “on call” to help cover the booth Thursady – Saturday with Sunday remote work and Monday off.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base pay for this role is $40,000 a year.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
3-4 years of saddle fitting experience
Great communication and people skills
Good time management skills
Contacts in the Eventing, Dressage, and Showjumping industry
Work independently in your region as an Arion – Horse Sport Tack representative and ambassador.
