How can I create an account?
Click “My Account” in the top right hand corner in the blue top banner with the Arion Sellier logo. Enter your e-mail and cilick register. Finish setting up your account by clicking on “Account Details.” Complete the form and voilà, your account is created!
I am interested in purchasing a saddle. What did I do?

They will then come to you and guide you as you try our different saddle models according to you and your horse’s needs.
How do I place an order for tack?
1. ➡️ Shop. Click on the product you are interested in.
3. Choose your color and size and click “Add to Cart.”
4. ➡️ Shopping Cart at the bottom right and continue to the step ” validate the order.”
5. Finally, choose your payment method. A confirmation by email will be sent to you!
How do I cancel my order?
For tack and accessory orders, please send an email to hello@arion-hst.com with your order number.
You cannot cancel a new saddle order after your form has been signed.
How do I receive an invoice?
Your invoice is automatically generated and sent by email when you place your order!
I did not receive the right product./ There is a problem with the size. / The product is damaged. What do I do?
You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to send an email to our team at hello@arion-hst.com. Please explain the reason for returning the product(s). If the product is defective, we will ask you to attach photos to your email.
You will then receive a return form in order to send us back your products and get a refund.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive by email with the order’s tracking number.
